Certified Listener Poet,
Cohort 13 Winter 2026
Anna Cianciolo, Certified Listener Poet Cohort 13 alum, is a professor of medical education at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of Teaching and Learning in Medicine. She is a devoted practitioner of everyday awe and doing things the slow way. She wants nothing more than to be with loved ones (human and non-human), especially outdoors. And sometimes to read alone in a place full of people paying attention to everything but her.
