This summer marks the third year of our partnership with the KNN, as The Good Listening Project continues to capture voices across the Healthcare Graduate Education Continuum. Together, we are now creating the third volume of our collaborative anthology, with this year’s theme, The Poetry of Human Flourishing, exploring the experiences, values, and relationships that sustain those who care for others.
On the evening of July 14th, we gathered for A Poetry Night in the FOREST, a moving and memorable celebration of listening, care, and community. Six participants shared their stories by reading aloud the poems that Listener Poets had written for them, offering generous glimpses into the heart of their work and the people and experiences that continue to shape their calling. The evening reflected the care they extend to patients, the flourishing they cultivate, and the deep why that brings them to healthcare each day.
