Participants signed up for individual Listener Poet sessions, where they were invited into a dedicated space to share whatever was on their mind.
Custom Poems & Origin Stories
Each conversation was reflected back as a personalized poem and accompanying origin story, offering a meaningful record of their experience.
Brave Conversations
Small group gatherings created opportunities for participants to come together, listen to one another, and build deeper connection within their community.
Anthology
With each participant’s permission, these poems and stories were gathered into a custom anthology, creating a lasting resource that honors the voices within the organization.
Poetry Reading
A culminating poetry reading offered space to share selected poems aloud, honoring participants’ voices and celebrating the collective experience.
