See Us, Know Us; Profiles of Disability: Book Launch Party
Join us to celebrate the launch of See Us, Know Us; Profiles of Disability by Jennifer Chassman Browne, Certified Listener Poet Cohort 10. This book contains profiles of 30 people with disabilities (one of them another Certified Listener Poet alum!). Each profile contains a portrait, a narrative biography, and an origin story and poem.

Upon stepping into these stories, readers will be captivated and feel connected. As well, they will learn so much about the lives, joys, and challenges of those living with disabilities. Readers will leave with a desire to create a world that is more accepting and inclusive; a world in which all feel that they belong.
Jenn will be reading from the book as well as describing her motivation for writing this book and answering questions about the book and the contents.

Jennifer Chassman Browne has been an educator for over 25 years, and has since founded New Ground Educational Consulting, a DEI consulting company with an emphasis on disability. She delivers keynote presentations and develops and facilitates workshops related to disability and inclusion.
